Material: 10mm  Acrylic Sheet, CNC, Heat Press, Sandblast Finishing

This was the first piece of prototype furniture we made with acrylic sheeting. The design was first built and simulated in Rhino. A MDF mould press and an oven was constructed to press the acrylic into shape. This was reassembled in less than thirty minutes.
